Shelley Poovey holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill with a focus in research and cognitive psychology. She is an Advanced Certified and PaRama Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.
She offers personal sessions that focus on stimulating our innate capacity to heal and manifest our deepest desires.
She is a guest contributor on manifestation and alchemy for Healing Crystals, and is a co-author in an anthology of stories on self healing, called Heal Thy Self. Shelley is a local coordinator for BodyTalk continuing education in New York City.
She completed Cyndi’s 2018 Apprenticeship program, and the Advanced Apprenticeship Programs in 2019 and 2020.
