Carol is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Her interest in healing began while working as a French Interpreter for The Center for Victims of Torture in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has completed Cyndi Dale’s Apprenticeship Program and the Mastery Program. She is also certified in Aromatherapy from Aromahead Institute.

ABOUT CYNDI
A little more about my work
I've been a natural intuitive since young and offer these gifts to help clients and groups make a real and positive change.
I offer individual intuitive and healing sessions, teach classes and consult with groups and businesses. I've also authored more than thirty books on energy healing and spiritual matters and have created numerous learning teaching programs.
If I had a specialty, it would be that I intuitively perceive what's blocking your life and path. I can then help you clear those issues to better define and apply your spiritual gifts.
Above all, my goal is to help you open your "essential energy," the powers and perspectives unique to you. This blessed task keeps me busy.
Best of all – it's fun work – the worth of joy and truth.
WHAT ELSE KEEPS ME BUSY?
As you do, I live a "real" life. My two sons are my pride and joy. My oldest is on his own, changing the world through politics and public affairs. My youngest is now over six feet tall and an amazing baseball pitcher. (It's impressive, really, given that I don't cook. Little wonder that he can.) He keeps me busy with laughter and college baseball games while completing an MBA.
Then there are the dogs. What can I say? The yellow lab is a huge couch potato with an always-wagging tail. Honey is… well, a puppy at age nine. His obsession is barking at the garbage can. He doesn't care if the food in it is "waste." And playing with a squeaky toy. Besides walking them, I enjoy movies, travel, talking, and writing. Now I'll tell you more about my professional background.
TRAVEL, TRAINING, AND WORK
On a daily basis, I serve as an intuitive coach, energy healer, and business advisor. Clients and students, numbered over 75,000, are commonly referred by professionals, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and therapists. I also offer training, classes, and apprenticeship programs around the world, including through The Shift Network. I also love leading my nearly one-year Apprenticeship Program, an in-depth developmental process of the spiritual gifts, and providing to people in clairvoyance, clairaudience, and healing.
I've also been fortunate to conduct seminars and workshops in Russia, England, Wales, Amsterdam, Iceland, and Scotland. I have led groups across South and Central America and into Africa. My training has encompassed studies in shamanism and healing across the world, taking me into the Peruvian, Belizean, Hawaiian, and Costa Rica jungles, the Moroccan sands, the Venezuelan savannah, the glaciers of Iceland, and other exciting places. With extensive training in Reiki, the Lakota way, family of origin therapy, and more, my background in corporate social responsibility, public affairs, and fundraising keeps me grounded in what "real life" is like.

Your Chakras and Your Gift
Your chakras are the steering wheels of reality. Decades ago, Cyndi formulated a twelve-chakra system that is now world-renowned. Using it, rather than the more narrow seven-in-body chakra system, dramatically expands your ability to activate and apply your power and intuition and bolster your impact on yourself and others.
Know that every chakra also holds an intuitive or spiritual ability. We tend to operate from one or two chakras more than others regarding these gifts. Spirit-to-Spirit and God Spot
Two tools will enable you to perform everyday healing and supernatural activities. Today, you’ll learn the first technique and all the backgrounding needed to achieve it under any condition: Spirit-to-Spirit.
You’ll also learn to locate yourself in the center of your being. Your God Spot.

EXCURSION TWENTY-ONE
The Soul Zones
During every incarnation, the soul passes through four major stages or zones.
These secure positive events, essential relationships, and situations but are also prone to challenges.
Make use of these four zones to enable huge transformations for self and others via this data:
- The White Zone: A space available before a single or several incarnations during which we create life contracts. Need to change an agreement? You can do it here.
- The Grey Zone: The space between the White Zone and the life a soul is entering. Typically, this zone is like a big erasure board, causing amnesia to the knowledge of past lives and soul contracts. However, in it, souls often pick up entities or link to negative forces. Implicated also in this zone is the impact of events like twinning, a disappeared twin, and microchimerism—the existence of our cells in another and vice versa.
- The Red Zone. This vitalizing and fluid energy body is located between the first and tenth auric fields. Ideally, it brings in energy from Nature. Too often, however, it instead stores others’ or our own repressed energies, causing situations including fatigue and autoimmune disorders. Learn how to assess and fix these types of situations.

Model of Trauma
Trauma is a complicated situation that lies underneath most emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical problems.
Cyndi’s model of trauma, best explained in her book, Energy Healing for Trauma, Stress & Chronic Illnesses, is known around the world for its insights and techniques.
The model you’ll be presented mixes knowledge of the physical and subtle anatomies to include interactions between the following:
- The Polyvagal system and the reticular system of the human body (and all mammalian bodies), with an emphasis on how the vagus nerve, connecting the three brains, operates and locks in stress that, when it fails to clear, causes trauma
- The role of the bone marrow and thymus in initiating stress that fails to clear, thus sending a victim into shock
- The relationship of trauma to the epigenome, the ancestral knowledge around the genes, as well as the genes themselves, mast cells, and other histamine and methylation issues

In short, the Apprenticeship Program is for anyone who feels as though they have intuitive abilities and want to tap into those further.
The Apprenticeship Program is a process for furthering any healing powers already used professionally–or even in the development stage. Many people who take it are already healers of some variety and seeking to further expand their abilities.
We cover a wide range of topics, four BASIC techniques and intuition, and a lot of different approaches because of “different strokes for different folks.” Some people add to what they are doing, some focus on just one or two of the teachings and start a business just doing that (numerology, ancestral healing), but most like the variety to use for different clients and different reasons.
There is a lot of self-healing because people work on each other and because self-healing is really the only way to work through blocks to help others.

There is no official homework. However, we recommend joining one of the practice groups to further your skills and meet people. We also recommend reading through the materials–they are deep and intellectual, and the brain likes to understand what is happening! Also makes it more fun.

Course materials will be shared with to you via PDF, and all classes will be held on Zoom. After you purchase, you will be sent a special private webpage with all important links. Please bookmark this page for future reference. We will also send out email communication with call links and links to resources as needed.
You do not! All classes and Q&A sessions are recorded and available to you within 72 hours. You may rewatch as many times as you would like at a time that works for you.
Not a problem! You will still receive the same valuable and actionable information by watching the recordings at a time that works best for you. We have apprentices from all over the world, and we encourage you to connect with one or two in your time zone for practice and integration.
That's okay! Things come up from time to time that may require more of your attention. You have access to the Apprenticeship Program materials for life. We encourage you to pick up where you left off when you can.
The material in the Shift Certification one-year and the Apprenticeship Program are about 50 percent the same. There are differences as per the depth and topic areas; Cyndi started teaching the Apprenticeship Program first, so she pulled from it for the Shift Certificate. However, the Shift program is exclusively 4-pathways, which the Apprenticeship is not. They greatly complement each other; Cyndi also has a more informal teaching style in the Apprenticeship Program; we don't have pods, and Carol does many more Q&As. Hope this helps and clarifies!
For more clarity, The Shift Network has more data and is organized according to the Four Pathways. It covers a lot more data, and it's recommended to stay up with the Practice Pods to really learn the material or adapt what you desire to your self-healing or healing practice. It is comparatively more formal and offers a lot of broad strokes. The Apprenticeship deepens into each subject and provides a lot more interactive Q&A. It doesn't cover as much in terms of data but does allow a deeper approach—more informal in Cyndi's approach to it.
We don't offer half-price to Shift students because they are two very different approaches and two different businesses. We don't set the pricing structure for The Shift Network but do for our own courses, hence why we incentivize previous students in these programs to return, which many do.Our current offer is our least expensive and good until April 6, then the price will incrementally go up over time until the start date. We hope this clarifies further and that you will join us!
We offer a refund, excluding the $1000 non-refundable deposit, up until the first 2 weeks of the start of the program which is September 6th. Due to the digital delivery of the Apprenticeship Program materials, we are unable to refund your $1000 deposit. Please register and purchase thoughtfully.
The short answer is no. If you want further 1:1 support, there will be opportunities to purchase sessions with Carol for an additional cost.
