The Subtle Body

This new volume (published in 2009) is a wonderful compendium of knowledge about subtle anatomy. In one book, author Cyndi Dale brings together reliable and detailed information on many approaches to energetic healing, including the auric field, chakras and nadis (Indian and Tibetan), Ayurveda, Chinese energy meridians, acupuncture, reflexology, Shiatsu, and Reiki. ... Highly recommended for anyone engaged in energy work or the healing arts.

This new volume (published in 2009) is a wonderful compendium
of knowledge about subtle anatomy.

Supporting information includes an introductory chapter on human anatomy, as well as basic concepts from physics and energetics (wave and field theory, thermodynamics, magnetism).
Dale also introduces related data on Qabbalistic-Chakric-Gemstone correspondences, and the Platonic Solids and other aspects of sacred geometry.

While a few of her sources are questionable in my own mind, most of them are solidly documented and generally well-regarded. She manages to bring together an impressive amount of data in one volume while keeping it accessible. Highly recommended for anyone engaged in energy work or the healing arts.
