The Subtle Body
Most of us know that one’s beliefs can affect physical reality positively or negatively, but what is the science behind it?
In her book, The Subtle Body An Encyclopedia of Your Energetic Anatomy, Cyndi Dale quotes bioenergy expert, Steven A. Ross, “All of life reduces to electricity and magnetism acting on L- and T-fields. All matter is bipolar, held together by these unseen fields. All chanting, mantras, and meditation affect these polarities. All disease, illness, growth, decay, and emotions are regulated by them. You can fix your life by interacting with these underlying fields - and through them, create, act, and live closer to God.”
L-fields and T-fields provide a blueprint and design for different sides of reality. L-fields are the subtle physical fields. While T-fields are the thought fields.
A field operates thru a medium, has movement, and can transfer information.
The L-field (life field), which was identified by Dr. Harold Burr in the 1940’s, is the energy that binds together the electrically charged particles of atoms. It can be seen as the glue that holds together physical reality.
The order, patterns, and design of the physical reality depend on the L-field. Dr. Burr showed that abnormal voltage patterns in L-fields are precursors to disease long before there is any physical indicators or symptoms. In his research at the University of Yale, he was able predict physical maladies by analyzing a person’s L-field.
Burr collaborated with Dr. Leonard J. Ravitz, Jr. and they found that L-fields were morphological, and likely created the future shape of an organism.
Researchers in Burr’s era wanted to look further and find the cause behind thoughts, which led to the discovery of T-fields, or thought fields.
While L-fields control the atomic organization of physical reality, they can become disorganized and unbalanced thru the direct influence of thought, or T-fields.
In 1948 Dr. Leonard Ravitz observed that thought (T-fields), had a measurable influence of control on the L-fields. He found that the depth of hypnosis could be measured with a voltmeter. The measurements showed that the state of hypnosis changed the energy level of the L-fields. That is thought can change and override physical reality.
Not only can your thoughts change your physical reality, they can change someone else’s too because thoughts can be transmitted from person to person.
Therefore it is cautioned to use this power in a healing, responsible, positive way.
